What should I do before my surgery?

You will be instructed by your nurse coordinator on which medications to continue or stop on the morning of surgery.

Will I require blood transfusion during surgery?

Most of our patient population does not require blood transfusion during surgery. Our goal is not to transfuse blood unless necessary.

How will my pain be managed?

You are given pain medications during surgery and in your recovery process. These include Pills, Intravenous medication, Pumps.
